We focus on supporting founders and executives and have deep experience and tailored tools for our client segment. From supporting hundreds of clients, we know what does not work and what works and why.
Part of our problem was a lack of clear leadership, also, our company was outgrowing us, the founders. Becoming a CEO, by essence, posed a real challenge. The Cocoon program empowered me to embrace the CEO role authentically and overcome fears, including that of a co-founder potentially leaving.
